We are based in Gujarat, India.

No, we do not ship internationally. Currently, we ship products all across India.

No, we do not take requests for customisation of products.

On every product page, we have provided a standard size chart. We request you to read it thoroughly before ordering.

Each garment is meticulously crafted to ensure the highest standards of quality. Each piece in our collection has been crafted with care, using a variety of premium materials that are perfect for every season. With a wide variety of collections, we ensure that every woman can find something she loves without compromising on quality or style.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

Payment, shipping and delivery

1) If you have chosen the standard delivery option, it will typically takes 5-8 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
2) If you have chosen the express delivery option, it will be available at an additional cost and the delivery usually takes 2-4 business days, depending on your location.

We offer standard shipping on all orders across India. We are charged by our delivery partner to ship your order to you and we charge you the amount we are being charged.

No, shipping charges are non-refundable in case of exchange or cancellations.

We primarily use Delhivery/India Post for our shipments.

Once you have added the product to the cart, You can pay from the checkout portal. At Arkiyah, we accept online payments through debit card, credit card, netbanking, UPI etc.

You can apply the discount promo codes on the checkout page.

We do not collect or store your card information with us. When you enter the card details you are redirected to a secure payment site. Your card issuing bank authorises or rejects the transaction, based on which we process or reject the order. If you suspect any unauthorized behaviour on your card, then please report this to your bank immediately.

For all online order, our delivery service providers will make three attempts to deliver before the product will be returned to our warehouse.

If you would like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach out to us at arkiyahfashion@gmail.com with the subject “Order Number” and provide with the necessary details. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.

Returns, exchange and cancellations

Product(s) can be returned within 3-4 days of delivery. Please make a video (an unboxing video) of the package you receive, to claim any physical damage or missing product. Please ensure to record the video before opening the courier seal so that it shows the status of the product(s) and send it at: arkiyahfashion@gmail.com Return/Exchange requests on claim of damaged product(s) or missing product(s) will only be accepted with a valid video proof.

We accept exchange requests within 48 hours of delivery. You can raise the exchange query with us via mail at arkiyahfashion@gmail.com
Condition: Same conditions as returns (unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging).
Exchanges for size or product will only be done once per order and multiple exchanges of products or product size on the same order will not be entertained.

After the order has been shipped it becomes rather difficult for us to cancel it. We would request you to tell us as early as possible about possible cancellations.

Return/Exchange requests on claim of damaged product(s) or missing product(s) will only be accepted with a valid video proof.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

No, The cost of return shipping will be borne by you (the customer). We suggest the shipping to be done via a trusted and legitimate carrier, with a tracking number, as Arkiyah (Arkiyah Fashion) will not be responsible for any damages and loss that may occur while the products are being returned.

There may be certain cases when the requested product size or product may not be available in our inventory. For such instances, our customer support team informs you about the same and shall issue a credit note for the total item(s) amount.
Validity of Credit voucher issued for exchange will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
