Return/Exchange/Refund Policy

Returns
● Eligibility: Product(s) can be returned within 3-4 days of delivery. Please make a video (an unboxing video) of the package you receive, to claim any physical damage or missing product. Please ensure to record the video before opening the courier seal so that it shows the status of the product(s) and send it at: arkiyahfashion@gmail.com
Return/Exchange requests on claim of damaged product(s) or missing product(s) will only be accepted with a valid video proof.
● Condition: All products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged withall original tags attached and packaging.
● Process: Contact our customer service team at arkiyahfashion@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and a valid reason for return. Exchanges
● Eligibility: We accept exchange requests within 48 hours of delivery. You can raise the exchange query with us via mail at arkiyahfashion@gmail.com ● Condition: Same conditions as returns (unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging).
● Process: Contact our customer service team at arkiyahfashion@gmail.com to initiate an exchange. Specify the details for an exchange along with an unboxing video and product pictures and mention the new item or new size you would like to receive.
● Once you send us back the the product(s), post receiving the same, it shall go undera thorough quality inspection and once it is approved, we shall dispatch the requested new size or new product to you within 7-10 working days.
● Exchanges for size or product will only be done once per order and multiple exchanges of products or product size on the same order will not be entertained. Refunds
● Eligibility: Refunds are issued for returned items that meet the return criteria.
● Timeline: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
● Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. The refund amount shall reflect in your bank account depending on your bank’s processing time (which may be anywhere between 7-20 days).
Store Credit ● There may be certain cases when the requested product size or product may not be available in our inventory. For such instances, our customer support team informs you about the same and shall issue a credit note for the total item(s) amount.
● Validity of Credit voucher issued for exchange will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Non-Returnable Items
● Exceptions: Certain items are non-returnable. We provide detailed product descriptions for every outfit along with its colour, fit, wash care and other details. However, due to differences in every gadget’s display settings, colours, etc., there might be a slight colour difference. Therefore, we will not be able to entertain or accept exchange or return requests under colour difference, fabric material, quality, etc.
Return Shipping
● Cost: The cost of return shipping will be borne by you (the customer). We suggest the shipping to be done via a trusted and legitimate carrier, with a tracking number, as Arkiyah (Arkiyah Fashion) will not be responsible for any damages and loss that may occur while the products are being returned.

● Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled within 2-4 hours of purchase, after which they will be processed for shipping. To request cancellation, please email us at arkiyahfashion@gmail.com
● Please note, we also reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain customer orders due to various reasons that may include reasons such as unavailability of fabrics/raw materials, wrong product listing or pricing on the website, and intimation by our team for payment-related or fraudulent practices issues, etc. In the case where prepaid orders are cancelled by Arkiyah, we shall refund the complete amount of the order in the customer’s registered bank account.
We shall inform the customer about the same via mail on their registered email ID. Our decision to accept or cancel shall remain final and binding. We would request the customer to note:
● Slight Colour Difference: Please note that variation in colour and shade is to be expected mainly due to photography conditions and among others screen resolution, quality and brightness and different monitors.
● Regarding material, colour or style of the product. All the product details are shared on the website so that a customer can make an informed decision before placing the order.
